Villa Breeze, a stylish modern, contemporary property, located in the Northern East side of the island, approx 100m on a straight line away from the beautiful and well known beach of Avlaki.
The 3-bedroom villa, total measuring 100 m?, offers beautiful views of the Ionian Sea, an outdoor pool measuring 40 m?, large furnished verandas equipped with BBQ supplies.
The villa is surrounded by olive trees in a slightly sloped plot, which gives the privilege of privacy and tranquility.
The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan space of the kitchen-living room area.
On the ground floor there is the living room with a large sofa, a flat TV screen (satellite TV) and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a Nespresso Coffee machine. On this floor, there are also two bedrooms, one with double bed, one twin-bed, a shower room & WC.
All bedrooms have a wardrobe, Bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided.

An interior staircase leads to the upper floor, where the master en suite bedroom is. Here, one will find a more private furnished terrace, offering an idyllic ending of the day while enjoying a refreshing cocktail and enjoying the "Kensington on the Sea" colours of the greek endless blue.


The outdoor area, surrounded by old olive trees, is consisted of BBQ supplies and is furnished with 6 sun-beds, coffee and dining tables. Pool dimensions: 10x4 m? | 1.5m depth
