Farmhouse Le Fornaci - Balco Apartment

The "BALCO" apartment, located on the ground floor of our building, has an area of 110 square metres and consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen.<br><br>The apartment, which was recently renovated while preserving its original charm, is fully equipped for your stay and, like all our accommodation, features satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The thick stone walls and the mild climate of our valley ensure that the apartment—even without air conditioning—stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter.<br><br>"IL BALCO" faces the east side of the property and overlooks our park with its swimming pool; looking up, you can admire the green hills dominated by the ancient Castle of Lisciano Niccone.
