Stunning home in San Feliciano Sul T.PG

This attractive vacation home is located in the small village of San Feliciano on the beautiful Lake Trasimeno, only about 300 meters from the lakeshore, and it has its own pool and tennis court. On the first floor is the spacious living area with fireplace and terraces and on the 1st floor the bedrooms with balconies: from everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Trasimeno. Your vacation home is situated on a hillside property with a small oak forest, where you will find shady places even in high summer. Various stairs lead through the wood down to the pool and the common tennis court. In addition to the beautiful lake, where you will find equipped beaches everywhere, it is worth visiting the fascinating small art cities of Perugia, Arezzo and Siena, all with a variety of sights, art treasures and museums, and where it is also worth a stroll through the small characteristic streets and across the piazza. Near the house there is a campsite with a music bar. A road runs nearby.

il y a tout pour passer d'excellentes vacances , piscine , tennis , terrasse , barbecue , grand jardin , mon chien a passé lui aussi de très bonnes vacances , le lieu est idéal pour visiter nombre de beaux villages et villes , proche d'Assise de Sienne et tous les villages autour du lac avec ses îles , nous avons déjeuner et dîner dans de très bons restaurants , servis toujours avec la bonne humeur italienne , une très belle expérience
