Grocery 2 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 300 m, thermal baths "Rapolano Terme" 60 km, lake Trasimeno 300 m. Nearby attractions: Passignano sul Trasimeno 15 km, Perugia 25 km, Cortona 35 km. The nearby Terme di Rapolano (60km) offer the opportunity to spend relaxing holidays even in low season.

A large comfortable accomodation with friendly host. Restaurant underneath was very good and well worth a visit. Took our dog and place has loads of cats so bear in mind.

Wir waren begeistert vom Essen bei Massimo. Das wir angereist sind, ohne zu wissen, dass das Haus/ Wohnung mit fast nichts ausgestattet ist, wie zum Beispiel: etwas Kaffee , Spülmittel, Gewürze , Zucker, kein zewa, wir mussten alles erst kaufen, das ist nicht akzeptabel,, an sich ist alles in Ordnung, aber ein wenig mehr Ausstattung sollte inzwischen normal sein.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage mit eigenem Pool. Ein Restaurant mit sehr guter Küche befindet sich im gleichen Haus. Lärmprobleme gab es deshalb aber keine, manchmal parkten die Gäste etwas fantasievoll. Besitzer (des Restaurants und der Wohnung) und Restaurantpersonal waren immer sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist topgepflegt und wunderbar erfrischend.

Mooie vakantiewoning in Umbrie

Propere woning met twee grote slaapkamers met allebei een aparte badkamer en toilet. Ruime leefruimte met een klein open keuken. Nadeel zijn de wat oudere matrassen en ontbreken van airco. Ook vriendelijk ontvangen.

Sehr schöne Anlage, toller Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist im hinterer Bereich des Hauses. Größe und Sauberkeit waren gut, Ausstattung einfach, aber gemütlich. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool mit Liegen toll. Das sazugeörige Restaurant ist sehr beliebt, von daher ist es während der Öffnungszeiten sehr buissy dort. Vor allem Parkplätze... das betrifft dann auch die Feriengäste, man kommt kaum raus oder rein aus Grundstück. Auf dem Grundstück leben um die 15 Katzen, für Hundebesitzer wichtig zu wissen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit am Lago Trasimeno in unserem Appartement mit eigenem Pool. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Trotz angrenzendem Restaurant hat man eine gute Privatsphäre. Wir konnten zwei Mal dort Abendessen und es war beide Male köstlich. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, erneut diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

Das Restaurant der Familie ist absolute Spitzenklasse, sowohl was das Essen betrifft als auch das Personal (freundlich, schnell, hilfsbereit .....). Man fühlt sich wie in der Familie aufgenommen. Absolut empfehlenswert wenn man Italien pur, abseits vom Trubel, erleben und genießen möchte.

Ferienhaus mit Restaurant

Sehr nettes Ferienhaus mit nettem Vermieter. Man muss bedenken das das Ferienhaus direkt hinter dem ,dem Besitzer gehörigen ,Restaurant liegt mit normalen Restaurantbetrieb, welchen wir nie als störend empfunden haben. Ganz im Gegenteil es ist Eher praktisch sich keine Gedanken machen zu müssen wo man essen gehen kann und wie man nach einigen Gläsern Wein wieder heim kommt. Übrigens wirklich gutes Restaurant. Italienisch Kenntnisse bei der Kommunikation mit den Besitzer von Vorteil

Schöne rustikale Unterkunft

Schöne Unterkunft mit Klasse Aussicht und tollem Pool. Gutes Restaurant direkt am Haus. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung Umbriens und der Toskana perfekt. Einzig die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage ( war auch bei der Buchung bekannt ) war bei 40 Grad von Nachteil. Italienisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil.

Très belle propriété parfaitement conforme à l'annonce

Propriété très agréable. Un de ses points forts est très certainement la piscine avec sa vue sur le lac qui nous est effectivement totalement réservée . Les 2 chambres possèdent chacune leur salle de bain (une avec douche, l'autre avec baignoire) et la pièce de vie est spacieuse. Seul petit bémol, la cuisine est un peu petite et manque d'espace de travail. La propriété est en effet derrière un restaurant mais, même sur notre terrasse (à l'abri des regards), nous n'entendions quasi pas les clients du restaurants en terrasse (bien remplie). Quelques bruits de vaisselles dans une des chambres jusque +/- minuit. Vraiment pas dérangeant. D'ailleurs, le restaurant est très agréable et nous en avons profité quelques fois. Enfin, les hôtes sont charmants et la région magnifique. Orvietto, Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi,... que des belles choses à voir dans le coin.

Prachtige omgeving. Vriendelijke mensen van het restaurant daMassimo. Je moet wel tegen keukengeuren kunnen, af en toe heel sterk. Let op is vis restaurant. Zaterdagavond is het druk. Redelijke prijs/kwaliteit. Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Aanrader is het nabijgelegen Passiagano heel leuk binnenstadje en heerlijke gelateria aan het water met leuk terras. Perugia is ook heel leuk, zet je auto bij het minimetro station en ga met de monorail naar de top👍. Wij waren er tijdens hetchocoladefestival vurrukkulluk!

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung (Doppelhaushälfte). Vom neu angelegten Pool schöne Aussicht auf den trasimenischen See. Idealer Ausgangspunkt um Umbrien zu entdecken. Im selben Gebäude befindet sich auch das Restaurant des Vermieters mit Betrieb am Abend. Zu Verständigung sind italienische Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Panoramalage

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, mit Kamin, sehr schönen Bädern, abgeschlossener Parkplatz, mit Blick auf See, in einem großen Garten mit kleinem Spielplatz und ein Top Restaurant daneben. Als Ausgangspunkt ideal,in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Perugia, Inseln im Trasimenosee, sowie von Umbrien, als auch die Toskana. Echt empfehlenswert!!!
