About this property

Our villa is located in the Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, it is one of our rental villa with a unique Kalkan sea view, intertwined with nature. Our villa with a capacity of 14 people has 7 bedrooms and each room has an en-suite bathroom. It has an open kitchen with full kitchen equipment, a modern and luxurious and comfortable living room with facilities that you can use comfortably. Our summer villa is at the forefront for our conservative crowded vacationer families and groups of friends, with the pool being built in such a way that it is not visible from the outside. Game Room, Jacuzzi Wi-Fi wireless internet is available for your internet needs. Kalkan is a residential area built on a slope in terms of its geographical structure. The villa attendant takes care of the pool maintenance and garden maintenance of our villa.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival
