This light and spacious apartment is perfect for visitors looking for luxury accommodation in prime Edinburgh's location. The stunning property has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and an amazing open-plan living room. It provides comfortable accommodation for up to 4 guests maximum. The kitchen is fully equipped and is ideal for self-catering. The flat is accessed directly by a lift from the impressive ground floor reception area. The property benefits from a secure parking, outdoor space via a private balcony and fantastic views of the Water of Leith.

Location

A short walk from the peace and tranquillity of this riverside location is the village-like feel of Canonmills, with speciality shops and independent cafes. The green spaces of Edinburgh's Botanic Gardens and Inverleith Park are also right on the doorstep, along with the trendy gastropubs and boutique shops of Stockbridge.

Getting around

Situated just a few minutes from the city centre either on foot or via the 8, 23 or 27 bus routes, 5 Warriston Road benefits from everything a world class city has to offer and more.

Please note that there are several other privately owned properties that share the stairwell. We kindly ask that guests are respectful of this and keep any noise or disruption to our neighbours to a minimum.

If you are arriving earlier than 4pm, please note that early luggage drop off is not available at our apartment. There are storage lockers and many other drop off points in Edinburgh. You can conveniently store your luggage at both Edinburgh Waverley Station and Edinburgh Bus Station.

Travel cot & high chair may be provided on request. Extra charge: GBP50.00 per stay.

Clean quiet apartment
Overall a very nice place. Clean, easy check in, quick response by owner. We had 4 people staying. There was a small sofa and 2 beanbag chairs. Would have been nice to have comfortable seating for 4 adults, as shown in the photos provided. Would also be convenient to have a mirror next to an outlet, for drying hair. We did love the location, quiet neighborhood, close to the bus stop, and a quick 15 minute walk up to the old town. Would recommend staying here.

Perfect place to stay near Edinburgh.
Stayed for 3 nights, great unit in very nice, newer building. We could walk to grocery stores, the bus stop was only a few minutes walk. Great having the parking space right there.
