About this property

This unique home is used for an artist's residency program much of the year but is available for rental otherwise. Two bedrooms, one with en-suite bath and the other with separate bath with clawfoot tub. Small kitchen opens to dining room and on to large living room with doors out to the walled garden for dining al fresco or just relaxing in a hammock or under the palm tree by the ancient wall of a Roman Basilica. Fast wifi, free parking pass, washer & dryer, all in the heart of the old city near all historic and cultural sites.

Splendid Spoleto

Romantic, spacious, and tranquil This is a very comfortable apartment and we felt so at home, thoroughly enjoying all amenities. So very nice to have a private garden courtyard. Also, there are many English language books including modern art and the art posters about the artist Sol Lewitt Also very close to The Rocco and the underground escalator. Thank you!

Superb

My favourite stay in Italy this trip. I have been to Italy many times, and this apartment is up there with the best. It had everything anyone could possibly need. Beautifully furnished, quality appliances and kitchen equipment. The host was a dream to deal with, generous and helpful, even providing a parking permit for the duration on my stay. This place was perfection.

This Apartments Exceeded All Expectations

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a dining room and very large living room was one of the nicest in our many years of traveling in Italy. The kitchen was fully equipped which is a rare thing! Parking in the restricted area can be difficult but we lucked out all 3 times returning from day trips.
