The apartment in question welcomes guests with a private equipped patio, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, enhanced with a barbecue for enjoyable social moments. The interiors offer a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms located on the lower level to ensure freshness and tranquility. Both levels of the home are air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets in all rooms, ensuring maximum comfort at any time of the day; a refined and functional solution, ideal for experiencing the Salento seaside with complete freedom, just a few steps from one of its most beloved beaches. Bath/bed linen is available on request at a cost of EUR 15 per person. Pets are allowed on request and with an additional fee. The final cleaning fee is fixed at 70 euros, to be paid upon arrival. The beach and town center are easily accessible on foot. Tourist tax to be paid directly upon arrival.
Note: To access the indoor parking space, there is a small road bump; the TV does not have a decoder, so only the free-to-air channels are available.
