Rutland Lodge is a truly elegant Victorian building just minutes from the centre of town, the harbour and the seafront of Torquay. This area is known as the English Riviera and a lovely area to enjoy a holiday with family and friends and this large well equipped house is perfectly placed for this.

• Cellar games room fitted with an X-box system connected to a Sony 75 inch tv, 3 gaming chairs fitted with racing steering wheel & pedals. Also a Boeing aircraft controller. 75’ Sony Smart TV with BT Box and sports package. DVD & CD player. Hot Tub: Hydropool . Seasonal BBQ area with work tops, sink and double bbq grill and wood fired pizza oven.

• Utilities: Electric oven with gas hob and electric grill, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer
• Standard: Kettle, toaster
• Other: Bed linen and towels provided
• Outside: Seasonal Conservatory with seating for 10 and furnished in the summer months a courtyard with hot tub. Use of Hot Tub from Easter till 1st October and is at the risk of the user, and children and pets must be supervised in the courtyard.
• Parking: Off-road parking for 2 cars with on road parking available outside Rutland Lodge
