The sought after beachfront Elviria community offers beautiful award winning tropical gardens, serene streams and fountains, 2 large pools, 2 children’s pools, play areas and private access to the beach.It’s steps from famous restaurants like La Scala and La Plage Casanis, as well as the 5-star Beach Club Estrella del Mar with spa, gym, sauna,Turkish bath, heated indoor pool, outdoor beachfront pool and restaurant.
This spacious and bright penthouse has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 5. It’s perfect for a family or couples who are looking for a quiet place to relax with plenty of space to dine and unwind, both indoors and out. The modern open kitchen, dining, and living area connects to a large terrace. Enjoy the built-in BBQ, dining al fresco and sun beds with a view of the gardens and glimpse of the sea. On the main floor is the master bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, TV and luxurious ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is a large second bedroom with 2 single beds and a trundle day bed, TV area, bathroom and balcony. It’s the perfect place for luxury holidays.
Location: Elviria, Marbella. Several shops and restaurants in the local area. Just 700m to the nearest supermarket. Close to spa, golf, Padel and tennis clubs. Distance of 8 km to historic Marbella, 12 km to Puerto Banus, and 40 km to Malaga Airport. The apartment has everything for a comfortable vacation: no car needed.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr getrübt, weil wir jede Nacht ! mit Bettwanzen zerstochen sind. Hier ist sich nicht drum gekümmert worden, wir haben sogar für eine gründliche Reinigung auf eigene Kosten ein Putzteam bestellt das Bett war ok, die Couch ging gar nicht.
