Einzigartig in seiner Art!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll. Wer Ruhe und Erholung vom Alltagsstress sucht, ist hier definitiv richtig! Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb von Montegrazie. Die Anfahrt ist recht abenteuerlich, da die Straßen im Dorf nicht für Autos geplant wurden. Simona und ihr Mann waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Neben italienisch, spricht sie auch fließend deutsch! Es gab für unsere Tochter sogar ein kleines Schwimmbecken. Wichtig noch, es gibt schon relativ viele Moskitos, aber das gehört eben dazu.

Maison bien équipée et confortable avec une très belle vue

La maison est spacieuse, très propre avec jardin et terrasse très appréciables. Magnifique vue, la région est calme et propice au repos et à la découverte de cette belle région.

Wir hatten über 3 Wochen einen wunderbaren Urlaub in fantastischer Umgebung ,mit einem herrlichen Ausblick und einer wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung verbracht....Die Gastgeber haben sich führsorglich und liebevoll um Uns gekümmert. Wir sind als "Fremde" gekommen und als "Freunde" gegangen. Wir können diese Wohnung und Ihre Vermieter uneingeschränkt empfehlen...... > Cari Simona e Mimo,siete meravigliosi.....

Tolles Haus, toller Blick, ruhig und doch nah zum Wasser

Das Dorf Montegrazie, in dem sich das Haus befindet, ist ca. 15 Autominuten vom Meer entfernt. Das war uns wichtig, wir sind mit zwei Familien mit Teenagern gereist. Die Lage des Dorfs ist schön - ruhig und in einem großen Garten voller Olivenbäume, aber eben auch nicht zu weit von der Stadt Imperia. Das Haus ist rustikal-schön, viele Zimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten. Bodenständig und gut. Ums Haus herum gibt es Liegen, einen Essplatz, Hängematte und Kicker, Tischtennis, eine Gartendusche, für Familien mit kleinen Kindern einen Mini-Spielplatz. Ideal, um sich im Schatten aufzuhalten und in einer Gruppe zusammen zu sein - oder sich auch mal in eine stille Ecke zu verziehen. Die Vermieter, Herr und Frau Garibaldi waren freundlich und offen, fragten gelegentlich, ob alles okay sei. Frau Garibaldi spricht u.a .auch Deutsch. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und waren begeistert! Nachtrag: Das Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, einer größeren unten, einer kleinen (sehr gemütlichen) oben. Diese Beschreibung ist für die untere Wohnung. Wenn man mit zwei Familien reist, kann es sich ev. lohnen,, das ganze Haus zu mieten.

Wenn man den schmalen Weg durch das Dorf geschafft hat wird man mit ganz viel Platz und wunderbarer Aussicht belohnt! Simona und ihr Mann haben extra noch Spielgeräte für die Kinder besorgt. Wir hatten so viel Platz im und um das Haus. Herrlich! Der Blick auf das Kloster gegenüber und das Meer, so unbeschreiblich! Unten Richtung Imperia gibt es einen großen Conad, unterwegs noch eine sehr gute Bäckerei, die allerdings nur bis 13 Uhr geöffnet ist. Die schönen Strände in der Umgebung sind in 17-25 min zu erreichen. Parkplätze findet man um 9 Uhr rum immer noch. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das nächste Mal hoffen wir auf weniger Stechmücken und weniger Hitze ☺️

Wir lieben die Natur, die Berge und das Meer und haben genau das an diesem wunderbaren Ort gefunden.

Die Gastgeber Simone und mimmo sind 2 wunderbare Menschen mit dem Herz am richtigen Fleck. Sehr hilfsbereit und geben super gute Tipps. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Das Haus und die Anlage sind einfach ein Traum. Irgendwann werden wir aufjedenfall nochmal dahin fahren. Wir konnten uns super vom Altagsstress erholen:-)
