Stay in a corner of paradise, with a wonderful view that sweeps from Cap d'Antibes to the Lerins Islands, surrounded by greenery and peace, as well as in the sun, thanks to the wonderful southern exposure of the whole Villa.
THE VILLA
This charming Provencal-style villa is in the famous Cannes Californie, within walking distance of some beaches with transparent water. The Villa also enjoys a beautiful swimming pool, surrounded by palm trees and other beautiful plants and shared with 4 other villas in the co-ownership, which are almost always uninhabited and therefore the use of the pool is virtually exclusive.
Distributed over two floors, the Villa is very bright and has large volumes.
The first floor features a large triple living room with dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with direct access to the garden, large wardrobe as well as ensuite bathroom with tub, shower and bidet, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as a guest bathroom and a laundry room.
The triple lounge features a TV area (with UHD TV and Home Theater), a dining area and a reading area, with a high-quality sofa bed.
On the second floor you will find two beautiful bedrooms, one of which with a terrace with a wonderful sea view, as well as a large bathroom with tub, shower and bidet.
The rooms are very bright, look out onto the south-facing terrace / garden and enjoy a magnificent view of the sea, Cap d'Antibes and the islands of Lérins.
The furnishings are fresh and entirely renovated.
The terrace includes a large dining area with a fresh and modern table and chairs, and also has 4 chaise longue / sunbeds, comfortable umbrellas, swing seat, summer lounge, straw armchair and barbecue equipment.
The Villa accommodates up to 8 people and is ideal for business or leisure tourism.
A welcome kit is offered (water, soap, shampoo, etc.)
