What makes this property unique
The 3 bedroom apartment is located on the 5th floor, it is newly renovated and it has new furniture and supplies to guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped so you will find everything you need to cook. The laundry room has a washer-dryer machine. Each bedroom has a dedicated desktop where you can work and a smart tv with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime account for free. The whole place has a high speed internet connection and a wireless printer that you can use freely. The apartment also has a conditioned room where you will be able to work out, it is equipped with dumbbells, a bench, a yoga mat, a pilates ball, among other gym equipment. We spent a lot of effort, love and dedication to offer you an apartment in the best conditions so we will really appreciate it if you return it the same way.
Communication is a huge part of hospitality, that is why once you’ve arrived, we are gonna be there for you to give you a quick home tour and to show you the most important items to deal with. At the same time, we will open a direct Whatsapp number to chat anytime where we could solve any questions, doubts or offer suggestions and recommendations for you, so feel free to reach out to us.
We truly believe in mutual consideration, that is why we don’t allow parties or loud noises in the apartment as a main rule, this also applies to pets, and for security reasons, we don’t allow strangers into the place.
