Basic 1 bedroom apartment located in a very quiet area only 150m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc.



This is a ground floor apartment in a building up a small slope very close to shops and restaurants.



Simple but cosy living room with tv, sofa bed for 2 people and access to a terrace with mountain view. There is a small but furnished kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave and oven.

Each apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. Communal washing machine.



Free Wifi.



Pets accepted only under prior request and with a supplement.



Reservations for young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

bien situé à 50m du départ du chemin de ronde qui mène à calella et 50m de l'escalier qui mène à la plage,armoire et commode de rangement dans la chambre,douche bien chaude,vaste réfrigirateur congélateur,vaste terrasse en rdc batterie de cuisine insuffisante,pas de grand fait tout,pas de passeoire(avons acheté une)
