Close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.Maximum capacity for 4 people.Ideal for enjoying peaceful family holidays on the Costa Brava!Apartment on a second floor without a lift with a lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Living room with direct access to the terrace.Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave.Washing machine.The main bedroom has 1 double bed (150x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm).A bathroom with a shower.It is part of a beautiful outdoor community area with a large swimming pool and spacious garden area.Ideal for families with children.Outdoor parking for a car included in the price.Free WiFi.Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and8 euros/person/towels.- Cot and high chair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/high chair
