Cozy apartment located in Lloret de Mar, very close to the beach of Fanals and the center. The apartment is small, but very cozy and familiar. It is located in a residential area with a communal garden and swimming pool.The apartment is situated in a ground floor and is distributed in a living-dining room (sofa bed) open to a well equipated kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven) with access to the terrace. Also there's a double bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with bathtub (washing machine). The terrace has garden furniture, to could enjoy a great afternoons in the sun and wonderful dinners. Available A/A as an option (extra price in case of use € 30 / week).Groups of young peoples not allowed.This property is only rented to families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
