The apartment is on the ground floor with a maximum capacity of 4/5 people. You will find a living room with fireplace, TV and direct access to a large terrace where you can enjoy your breakfasts in the sun. Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine. There is 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), 1 bedroom with trundle bed and 1 single bed (90x190cm). 1 bathroom with a bathtub. The property is in a very calm community with a share of gardens and pool. Free outdoor parking.



Pets are not allowed.



Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
