Basic 2 bedroom apartment with communal garden and pool, only 800m from the calm, beautiful beach of Llafranc, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava! The apartment is on the ground floor with a maximum capacity of 4/5 people. You will find a living room with tv, sofa with pull out bed and direct access to a large terrace where you can enjoy your breakfasts in the sun. Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms with one double bed in each (180x80cm) and 1 bathroom with a shower. The property is in a very calm community with a share of gardens and pool. Free outdoor parking.



Pets are not allowed.



Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.



- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and

8 euros/person/towels.



- Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to pay on arrival
