Attic located a few minutes walking from the tranquil beach of Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! Close to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets.



Maximum capacity for 4 people.



Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!



It is a house divided into 3 completely independent apartments, where the second floor without a lift corresponds to this attic of 50 m2 with a furnished terrace with sea views and another terrace at the back.



Dining room with satellite TV, fireplace and direct access to the terrace. Open kitchen with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine.



The main bedroom has a double bed (150x190cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90x190cm). It has a bathroom with a shower.



Optional heating (50 €/week).



Optional WiFi (£30/week).



Parking exterior included in the price.



Pets are not allowed



Apartment only for families. No bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old.



Check-in and check-out



The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

A great find

Good size Position not far from beach and amenities, but a good walk up hill back Balconies The linen was good. This is just some constructive feedback. As we did love the place but! NO SMOKE ALARMSsome type of fire extinguisher. The whole place needed some TLC and utensils and cookware were very old. Need to provide a hairdryer.

Precioso apartamento, todo impecable, muy cómodo, cerca de la playa y el supermercado, el personal de la oficina excelente Segundo piso x escalera. La oficina es a 1km de la casa y hay que encargarse de retirar y devolver la llave, creo que es un poco lejos.

L’appartement est près de la plage (600 m) et du centre qui est d’ailleurs magnifique ! . Le lieu est calme . En revanche l’appartement est très sommaire en équipement et très vieillot !

Sehr alte Ausstattung

Verwaltung über eine Agentur. Schlüssel wurde in einem Postkasten deponiert. Riesiger Sprung in der Balkontür. Als wir die Agentur informierten, sagte man uns, das sei bekannt und würde bald ausgetauscht werden. 2 Tage später standen dann Handwerker vor der Tür, die die Scheibe austauschen wollten - leider ohne vorherige Info- und hinterließen Fingerabdrücke und Aufkleber an der Tür. Auf der vorderen Terrasse gab es anders als auf den Bilder nur einen ordentlichen Stuhl und zwei niedrige Klappstühle. Wir mussten zum Essen auf der Terrasse immer die schweren Esstischstühle raustragen, das war sehr ärgerlich. Auf der hinteren Terrasse gab es 2 alte Stühle, von einer schon zerbrochen war. Nach hinten fällt das Dach stark ab, so dass man im hinteren Teil der Schlafzimmer nicht stehen kann. Die Gläser der Schiebetüren zum hinteren Balkon waren außerdem unsauber weiß angestrichen worden, so dass man nicht rausschauen konnte. Die Tür des Doppelschlafzimmers ließ sich gar nicht schließen, wenn man links schloss öffnete sich rechts. Die Ausstattung der Küche war insgesamt gut, es gab praktisch alles und auch ausreichend, auch wenn alles recht alt und zusammengewürfelt war. Allerdings ist 2 x bei Benutzung der Elektrogeräte der Schuttschalter herausgeflogen, eine Nacht waren wir komplett ohne Strom. Deko alt, Schränke voll mit alten Decken,...... Lage an der Durchfahrtsstraße nach Süden. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Wohnung okay.

Déplorable

Propreté inexistante. Machine a café sale Poils d animaux sur drap Réfrigérateur avec aliments et moucherons Douche joints noirs et décollés. Au vu des photos, obligation de faire intervenir la société de nettoyage pendant notre présence,et le plaisir de sacrifier une matinée de nos vacances pour l intervention du plombier pour remise en état de la douche.(remplacement des joints). Que dire ? Aucun retours ou excuses du loueur. Donc aucune recommandation du site qui met en location de type de logement et du suivi catastrophique de ces locations.

Agréable séjour

L'appartement est bien situé et très calme en Mai. Nous notons tout de même une literie vieillotte ainsi qu' un ménage et entretien de l'appartement à améliorer (ampoules grillées, grille-pain HS, alèse pas net). Malgré ces désagréments nous avons tout de même passé un agréable séjour.
