Large apartment for 4 persons on a property with other three similar units. It is the complete lower floor of one of the two villas.
It has a living-room, huge terrace (32 sq.m.) partly covered with sea view, two bedrooms,two bathrooms and full kitchen.
It is right at pool level and 100 m from the beaches Platja del Raco or Illa Roja.It has all the amenities, wifi and satellite tv. The pool (12 m by 5) is shared by the four apartments on the property.


The Casas Buendia are situated 100 meters from two beautiful sand-beaches of the Costa Brava: Platja del Racó, which is many kilometres long and Platja de l'Illa Roja, a smaller romantic beach surrounded by impressive rocks. Built on a gentle slope of the mountainous coastal line of Begur. It is in a select and quiet residential area offering beautiful views and landscapes as you decide to discover the surrounding area. 12 meters long swimming pool. Nearby attractions include: 3 golf courses, snorkelling, diving, sailing, windsurfing, cultural centres, museums, medieval towns, cycling, walking, night life.
The apartment adverted here has 150 square meters , plus a big terrace with magnificent sea view, access to swimming pool and sauna (in total shared by 4 apartments) in a select and quiet residential area.
You can take right here walks along the breathtaking scenery, along coves and promontories, restaurants, shopping and beaches.

Very relaxing stay

We had a truly fabulous stay. Villa was very clean, very spacious and had all the facilities one might need. We had an amazing terrace with sea views which was ideal for morning coffee. Pool was amazing. Few supermarkets nearby but need a car. Beach is literally within 5 minutes walk. Lots of little shops and restaurants around and opportunity to venture out further to see medieval town of Begur. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and would love to get back to explore more of the area. Thank you Adrian x

Great Location With A Great View

The apartment is perfect, spacious and clean, with lovely views from the large terrace, and a short walk to the beaches. A few quibbles: The driveway to park is really steep and slippy, and will damage/scrape the front skirting of your car if it is in any way remotely low to the ground. We had to park up the street and around the corner where there were no yellow lines. The fridge/freezer was turned off when we arrived for no apparent reason. No one had checked the hot water before we and other guests upstairs arrived - this wasn't fixed until our fourth day as the owners were away. Lastly, the bedding really could do with an overhaul. Our double bed had two strange single 'sheets' plonked side by side with a form of bedspread to protect our modesty. Two rough woolen old blankets were option #2 for colder nights. We had to drive up to Palafrugell to buy suitable bedding. Some crisp linens and a low tog duvet would have been really appreciated. Quibbles aside, the apartments are excellent and the shared pool is a big bonus.

fantastic apartments with amazing views and beach access just 400m away. Andrei and Lucia are wonderful hosts and always making sure we are comfortable. the apartments are fully equipped, beds are comfortable and excellent WIFI. views from the terrace are wonderful and location is great for exploring surroudning area of Pals, Begur and the rest of Costa Brava. We will be coming back on a regular basis

Perfect Vacation Home.

We had an amazing vacation at Adrian's property. That was one of those vacations when EVERYTHING was great. The house was better and bigger than we anticipated - the location (100 yards from two great beaches), the quality (bathrooms, furniture, kitchen equipment, etc), huge terrace, pool, and the sea view to die for... There was not a single thing about this property that was not great. As you know, every vacation has something that you wish was a little better - water pressure in the shower, neighbors after 10 pm, or the pool is too small... nothing like that. I know I am repeating myself but it was a perfect house for four of us. The owner was near but never too close, the town was great, good supermarkets around (need a car), the restaurants... the sea...We all hope to be back next year. Thank you, Adrian.

Vacanta de vis

Dupa o lunga asteptare am plecat in vacanta in acest deosebit despre care nu stiam nimic, am avut placuta surpriza de a gasi o locatie superba cu vedere direct la mare. O primire calduroasa intr_o vila foarte spatioasa , curata si eleganta. Imprejurimile sunt superbe, acces la 3 plaje si una dintre aflata la 3 minute de locatie. Multe obiective turistice de vizitat, chiar nu te plictisesti . O zona foarte frumoasa si o locatie deosebita cu acces la tot ce ai nevoie, bucatarie, piscina, sauna, gradina, gratar, plaja, terasa, etc. O vacanta reusita .

Great accomodation on Costa Brava, Platja de Pals

We had our greatest experience last summer. Costa Brava, wild , beauty , history and great accommodation. We enjoyed the classical elegant, comfortable, spot clean apartment with sea view. We have been just 4 but we could have bring all our friends. In 2 minutes we were on the beach and in the evening jumping in the blue pool. Simple or star restaurants around and history all-over, romans have been here once. Definitively we go back next year.

A Jewel by the Sea

This property is situated in a prime location and only a short walk from Pals beach. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and the large patios looked out towards the sea. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was a fantastic addition, allowing us to read and relax. If you are adventurous then the diving centre is nearby. We discovered wonderful restaurants on various bike rides. I would certainly recommend this property to friends. We are hoping to return very soon.

Fantastic place

It is hard to fault Lucia and Andrew's oasis of comfort and splendour sightings. We stayed here more than 120 days in the last 12 years and we come back with the feeling of going back ...home. A grand wonderful home. The villa is appointed with all creature comforts, pristine clean and great views. Located literally a two dozen yards from the beach, it is the quintessence of convenience for those enamoured with swimming. If in a lazy mood, the 30 yds swimming pool with chaise longs and umbrellas create a great 'retreat'. The swimming pool is lit for those who want to have an evening swim. The customer service is second to none, and you will adore immersing in chats with the owners, Lucia and Andrew, a lovely couple who travelled the Earth and are in love with culture and music. A little bit of paradise.

i last stayed in this lovely area on the costa brava in august 2016. having stayed here many times. the area is very idyllic with a lovely rugged coastline, and beautiful clear sea. the area is never overcrowded and there is lots of room on the beach with lovely beach huts and restaurants to sample catalonian cuisine. the apartments are very spacious with great view s of the medes islands. a marine reserve area, great for scuba diving, and lots of watersports. the pool is a large well maintained pool and never crowded. the owners are really nice people and always on hand if any problems do arise, and get them sorted out as quickly as possible, and have great knowledge of the local area. it is easy access to Girona airport, and good public transport to visit Barcelona or Girona. 1Hr 45 mins to Barcelona, and 30 mins to girona. would recommend this place to anyone, and look forward to visiting again soon. charles Middleton United Kingdom

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz für die Familie und mit unglaublichen alten wertvollen Möbeln. Sehr vornehm und sehr bequem zugleich. Und alles ist wirklich da: Töpfe und Küchengeräte inklusive. Der Strand ist nah (5 Minuten) und man kann am Strand entlang spazieren gehen. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und nett. Wir (2 Familien und 3 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Traumurlaub

Strand, blaues Meer, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend. Die Vermieter sehr nette, angenehme Leute (5 sprachig), wohnen in der Nachbarvilla, immer erreichbar falls notwendig. Der Preis ist sehr fair. Keine Agentur! direkt vom Eigentümer. Die Location: 5 Sterne Unterbringung in eine großzügige geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa. Küche mit Geschirr, Schlafzimmer mit Bettwäsche, WLAN, TV, Pool etc, etc. Kurzer Fußweg, (100m) zum Strand. In der Ortschaft gibt es keine große Touristenhotels, die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, Restaurants für jeden Geschmack und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles vorhanden. Wir waren bereits dreimal hier, mit und ohne Kind. Immer wieder zu empfehlen.
