Small but cosy 2 bedroom villa located 50m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava! The villa has a maximum capacity of 4 people. The apartment consists of a living room with tv, sofa and direct access to a large terrace where you can enjoy nice breakfast and meals. Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, pans, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, oven and washing machine. It has 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each (90x190 and 120x180cm)) and 2 bathroom with shower. Garage. Pets accepted on request. Ideal for families with children, youth groups not allowed. The house is situated near Llafranc beach, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava coast.

Pets not allowed. Apartment for families only, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

Une maison très bien placée dans le village et à quelques pas de la crique de llafranc

Une maison très bien placée dans le village et à quelques pas de la crique de llafranc. Elle dispose d’une terrasse qui permet de manger à l’extérieur. Pouvoir rentrer la voiture dans le garage attenant à la maison est très appréciable aussi. La surface des pièces est bonne. Un canapé plus grand serait appréciable .
