Spacious 4 bedroom apartment simple with sea views located only 500m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

The flat is located on the first floor, without elevator and has a maximum capacity of 8 people.

It is set in a beautiful communal area with gardens, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball / football field and playground area for children. Parking included.

The apartment consists of a large living-dining room (satellite tv) with access to a large terrace overlooking the sea and the pool where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and washing machine located on a small balcony. It has 4 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed (150x190cm and 135x180cm), 1 with bunk beds (90x190cm) and 1 with a triple bunk bed (90x190cm), 2 renovated bathrooms with shower and 1 toilet.

Pets accepted only on prior request and with a supplement.

Ideal apartment for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.

The apartment is situated near Llafranc beach, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava coast!

Ok, location and good size. People wore knocking and working in rooms next to us from early morning. Plenty stairs to claim to get to the room.

The location was great, the grounds were immaculate, but in side the property was not very clean, back of the doors were filthy and around the pedal bins in the bathroom were dirty, the toaster did not work but we managed. We were out travelling and at the beach, the beach is lovely.

Excellent stay in a comfortable apartment

The apartment was comfortable for our group of 6. It is quite basic and functional but had absolutely everything that we required and was well set out and comfortable. If you are travelling as two families you might want to be aware the second double bedroom would be quite small with 2 people sharing (we only had one person in it). The balcony which gets the afternoon and evening sun was fantastic to relax on and eat outside. It has amazing views of the coast. The facilities in the apartment complex are great. The grounds are immaculately kept and everything is well maintained. We made good use of the pool, tennis court and basketball court. It is only a short (steep!) walk down into Llafranc and the beach and all the restaurants/ bars and shops. We had a great stay and would return.

Appartement à LLAFRANC résidence SA LLUM

Idéalement située, la résidence est calme et très entretenue. Les jardins exterieurs sont magnifiques, les installations de qualité (grande piscine, terrain de tennis notamment). Bémol qui concerne l'appartement dont les photos présentes sur l'annonce, ne laissent pas deviner qu'il est dans son jus. Les salles d'eau qui ont pour le coup été refaites, sont minuscules et sans aération (odeur). Dans l'une, équipée d'un WC, quand vous êtes assis sur les toilettes, vos pieds sont dans la douche. Les portes sont sales, le refrigerateur qui a vécu, mériterait d'être changé, le mobilier est dans son ensemble vieillot. A signaler toutefois une belle terrasse avec vue. Au final, séjour réussi en dépit de l'appartement qui nous a globalement déçus.

Mooi, maar ook nadelen

Het appartement is heel groot, met een enorm balkon, geweldig uitzicht en mooie tennisbaan en zwembad. Een nadeel zijn de verouderde slaapkamers, dunne matrassen en kleine badkamers, waarvan één zonder ventilatie. Ik weet daarom niet of we terug zouden komen.

Super séjour dans cet appartement idéal pour les familles nombreuses ou pour un séjour à 2 familles. La résidence bénéficie de plusieurs facilités : piscine, tennis, ping-pong, basket, foot, mur de tennis, … bref idéale pour les sportifs.
