For your peace of mind, the building offers 24-hour security with surveillance cameras in all common areas, ensuring a safe and worry-free stay.

And the view? Simply breathtaking. Words can’t do it justice—you’ll have to experience it yourself. I warmly invite you to make the most of every corner of this stunning loft.

The cold air is produced by a portable humidifier. To get cold air, fill the water tank with cold water and place the ice packs from the refrigerator in the designated compartment. This will help the device release cooler air while operating.

As our guest, you'll enjoy access to shared amenities including a gym and laundry facilities.

For early check-ins or late check-outs, subject to availability, there is an additional fee of $150.00 MXN per hour.

It’s a great place to stay

I enjoyed the apartment very much! It was clean and everyday someone came to make the beds, pick up the trash and clean the dishes (if they were any). The place is close to everything and the city center is a walking distance. Getting transportation is right outside the door. My only concern was the noise at night, there was always some form of live music going on late Into the night because of the restaurants/bars around. But if you are a night crawler then this apartment is perfect! I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

A Wonderful Place to See Historico Central!

This clean brightly lit loft is the perfect location to see and taste the neighborhoods of Historico Central and Alameda. It overlooks the Alameda Park and the Palacio de Bellas Artes, and is also very close to the Metro and bus lines. Close you eyes and point in any direction to find excellent reasonable food. The loft is roomy and uncluttered and kept very clean. We always felt safe walking the neighborhood streets. Our host, Adrianna, was always easy to reach and was very responsive to our needs. One note: there is much street activity with street bands and performers until about 10-11 pm. After that it calms down to a usual large city hum. Complete quiet can hardly be expected in the heart of this large, vibrant city! Embrace and Enjoy!

Convenient safe location

The modern apartment overlooked the delightful Alameda Central park. After a long day of sightseeing, we enjoyed sitting on the window seats and watching the families, buskers, roller-bladers, magicians, etc in the park. We felt very safe because of the 24 hr security. There were a few hiccups. There is a key fob that you need to have to get into the building in addition to the preset combination to get into the apartment itself. We didn't know about this & found it hanging on a wall hook. The light switches for the overhead lights were difficult to locate. We finally called the host & found out the switches were behind the pillows on 1 of the beds! We had a major problem our last evening when we were packing for leaving the next morning at 9am to go to the airport. The safe containing our passports & cash was jammed or otherwise could not be unlocked. After numerous unanswered calls & texts to the host & unsatisfactory communications with VRBO, I found a 24 hr locksmith who came (by this time it was 1:30 am) and was able to open the safe. Over the next few days there was back and forth discussion over reimbursement for the locksmith fee, but I was eventually reimbursed (minus a currency fee which was irritating, but oh well). The lessons learned here were (1) this owner was much more responsive to What's App & essentially non-responsive through the VRBO app; VRBO is not helpful if there is a problem. However, if the safe issue hadn't happened, we would give 5* all around.

This place was perfect! Right in the city center. Easy access to all transportation, various restaurants and museums. QR code is needed to enter, exit and there is always a porter on duty. Plenty of police presence. It felt like it was the safest place in the city!The apartment itself had all the amenities we needed for our 5 day stay. The different lounge areas were cute and cozy. Bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom & kitchen modern and stocked. SmartTV easy to navigate. Host was easy to communicate with.The city street hustle and bustle below is not for everyone. As for I, I enjoyed watching the city below go by from the window seats. The apartment complex itself was quiet and everyone from tenants, visitors and staff were very welcoming.I highly recommend this location to those looking to enjoy what CDMX has to offer. Safe, clean and comfy!
