Indipendent small villa with pool

Fourteenth century hamlet situated in one of the most spectacular positions in the territory of San Casciano dei Bagni, overlooking the Valdichiana and the hills of Umbria. The house is in the heart of the hamlet which is completely surrounded by ancient walls, and has a splendid view of the parish church and all the valley. The house is independent and surrounded by a large garden. All the ceramics in the house were painted by the owner and have Tuscan subjects and typically Medieval decoration. Excellent furnishing.
Independent villa sleeps 4+2.
On the ground floor living room with fireplace and bed settee, small kitchen, one bathroom. On the first floor a twin bedded room, a double bedroom each with en suite bathroom with shower.

Circular outdoor swimming pool (diameter of 5 m and depth of 1,5 m), private garden, possible pottery classes, car park, tv sat, free internet connection wi-fi,
washing machine.


Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Pets € 25.00 per week.
Toddler bed € 30.00 per week.
Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
