On the Chiusi lake, in the middle of a protected area of great naturalistic interest, this beautiful farmhouse is a serene and welcoming place for a holiday in close contact with nature. The restoration, with particular attention to the techniques of biodynamic architecture, has taken care of every detail, making the interiors bright and welcoming.

Independent villa with 7 + 2 beds. On the first floor there is a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom with a shower, a single bedroom with a loft with two beds, a bathroom with a shower.

Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning/heating is not included in the price and will be payable on site according to consumption.
Final cleaning is to be paid on the spot € 110.00
Upon arrival, guests must hand over a security deposit of € 500.00, which will be returned to them at the end of their stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Petsallowed on request. Crib € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week.
Included the use of mountain bikes and washing machine.
Check-in 4-7 pm | Check out before 10 am.
