Lovely house with all the amenities

This house has everything you need. A modern, well stocked kitchen with new-ish appliances, a perfect yard with a basketball court, ping pong table, slack line, hammock and play structure. It is very close to walking and biking trails and only 3.5 miles to chilmark center which has the general store, tavern, town offices for a beach pass and the community center. The community center was a hidden gem with basketball and tennis courts, soccer field, 2 play strucutres, a gaga ball pit and bathrooms. Lucy Vincent beach nearby was a bit too rough for our kids (5 kids ranging from 4 to 11) so we ended up at Longpoint most days. Elizabeth was incredibly responsive to our outreaches and a perfect landlord.
