Very comfortable accomodation in a pleasant setting
Coverack was spacious with good well equipped kitchen and shower facilities. Unusual to have a washing machine in a two person lodge. Nicely decorated, comfortable bed and seating. Spotlessly clean. The family appreciated the games room, and enjoyed the outdoor pool area, especially as the weather was not good. Courtyard attractively set up with plants

Our second visit
We have stayed in another cottage on site a few months ago and were very happy then. The cottage this time was not quite as comfy, the beds/pillows could go with upgrading.
There was work going on in the cottage next door whilst there which we felt should be done when out of season. We did mention to the staff and they tried hard not to disturb too early or work too late into the evening.
All in all a nice stay, and we will be back.

Thank you for your review Melanie. We were so sorry that you were disturbed by some of the work happening on site. We've tried very hard to manage this and work around guests and keep noise to a minimum. The owners of Tresooth have invested heavily in upgrading the properties and there are only two left to finish off this autumn.

Great ‘get away from it all’ location
Our third trip and first since new owners have taken over. We love the location surrounded by trees in countryside but just a drive to coast. Our barn-style chalet has been fully redorated with a lovely xtra-large comfy bed. The drawers and some of other furniture was a little flimsy and I would question how long it will last. Also kitchen has bear minimum. Loved the welcome goodies!
We were lucky to have pool and new jacuzzi mostly to ourselves on a warm and sunny long weekend. Love this extra! However, my worry would be during peak season and how strict the owners are with anti-social behaviour. We were woken at 12:30 by very noisy holidaymakers and we understand that the outdoor jacuzzi is ‘mainly used by kids’ in summer. We also witnessed dogs being brought into pool area. We were even shown some vandalism by a member of staff - guests ripped off control panel of hot tub to increase temperature. I highlight this not to moan but to stress that unless standards are strictly adhered to, the properties being so close to each other, a visit could be ruined if you have a party of inconsiderate people. That said we loved our stay but will keep to off-peak days.

Thanks for coming back to stay with us, Liam. It's good to hear you like the changes we've made since your last visit. We appreciate your feedback and have checked the kitchen to make sure everything a guest is likely to need is there ready for them to use. We do ask guests not to take dogs into the pool area and our team will always follow this up when we spot it. It's very very rare we have any anti-social behaviour and will always challenge this with any guest causing a disruption. That's the way we keep this place special for our guests.
