About this property
One bedroom dog friendly property close to Falmouth and Helford River.
Sennen is one of our delightful one bedroom cottages, perfect for singles, a couple or a small family. Set in a row of six contemporary units just behind the original farm's stone courtyard, Sennen has a sunny, open living room, modern kitchen and a mezzanine bedroom upstairs. The cottage is complete with all modern amenities to ensure a relaxing and peaceful holiday in the idyllic Cornish countryside.
Sennen's living area has a comfortable sofa, coffee table, TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. The shower bathroom is also on the ground floor.
The upstairs bedroom has a king sized double bed, and guests will enjoy the wonderful large picture window with a fantastic view over the stone courtyard and onto the fields beyond.
High speed fibre broadband is available in each cottage at Tresooth, as well as in the main courtyard and the swimming pool area.
Please note: this property is awaiting refurbishment and the price reflects this. Whilst we have completely renovated almost all of our properties there are still a few to go.

A great stay, made even better by the team
We were luckily the first people to stay in the newly renovated 'Sennen' cottage. The space was lovely—bright, open, and finished to a good standard. It was also equipped with everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and generous and the fittings are all easy to use, well-considered, and effective.
Given the brand-new renovation, there were inevitably a few teething issues to overcome. Small things, like the salt and pepper mills being unfilled and a small leak from the shower door were addressed promptly, personably, and without any fuss. In these instances, we always felt like we were being prioritised and taken seriously. A real relief and important touch.
The cottage was beautiful and so was the wider (modest) complex of Tresooth. The only complaint I can think to make is that the location necessitates a car. Naturally, in Cornwall, this is the case—my point is more that its situation in from a busy road and backed by private farmland makes it difficult to explore the area on foot. No bother, really, when one arrives by car. There are some amazing places to visit within a 10 minute drive (Glendurgan and Durgan Beach beyond it, the walk to Cows Beach from St Stephen's Church, Argal Resevoir, Potager Garden).
All in all, a lovely place with an attentive and kind team.

Easy check in and out. Really lush property. Only issue was people playing awful music by the pool late at night which obviously wasn’t the owners fault was just annoying but to expect with shared properties
