Escape the ordinary and discover your perfect beach retreat at our stylish villa. Nestled just minutes from all the amenities, including a stunning golden sandy beach with a pedestrian promenade, this is your haven for relaxation. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, paddling, or teeing off at nearby golf courses.
You return to your villa to watch the sun set of another perfect day, if you have worked up an appetite, you couldn’t be better situated; our area offers a wide and varied choice of restaurants.
This property is decorated and furnished in immaculate style & good taste and offers a living/dining area(42 sqm) with an open fireplace and dining table for eight, an independent fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Basically everything you have at home.
There is access to the porch and the private swimming pool (10x5m.) from both the kitchen and the living room. Next to the kitchen there is a guest toilet.
Along the corridor there is a laundry room, fitted with a washing machine,tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and cupboard space.
There are 3 ensuite double bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm.),dressing room and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. The other two double ensuite bedrooms, one with double bed (135x200cm.) and the other with two single beds (90x200) have spacious wardrobes.
There is a garage for two cars and parking space.
All the villa has central heating and air conditioning.

Amazing Villa, location and host

We stay in villas most years and this has to be one of the best The villa and pool were immaculate and well provisioned Neus was a great host, always on hand to answer questions and support our stay. The villa was walking distance from the beach and restaurants and just over an hour away from Barcelona, which was a great day out

Beautiful Villa in Sant Antoni de Calonge

We were very fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this beautiful Villa in Sant Antoni de Calonge. The house, pool and grounds are just beautiful and the location provides the best of both worlds, privacy at home though an easy bike ride or walk away to lovely Sant Antoni and Palamos!

Relaxed and worry-free stay

We had an amazing stay during our vacation. The holiday home was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. What made our stay even more special was the hospitality of the host. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available. Everything was perfectly organized, and we would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free vacation!

Great Villa close to the Sea

A lovely villa and a lovely host. We had a great stay (2 weeks) at this villa which has everything you need with multiple dining spaces and seating areas The pool is a good size and the outdoor space is excellent and private. All essentials for long stays are provided Inc washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is well stocked making eating in easy. The villa itself is a short walk (7 minutes) to the beach and within walking distance of a supermarket for everyday essentials. The host was lovely and always available for questions.

Amazing villa near the beach!

I stayed here with my wife and three young daughters. The property felt like our own private sanctuary. Every day we would walk only seven minutes to the beach and restaurants, yet we also had our own private pool and yard for my daughters to play in. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which was very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and most days we made our own meals. The supermarket is very close, only ten minutes away. The hosts were amazing and immediately responded to any questions. Really, this place is perfect! Private pool, yard, and kitchen, yet close enough to the beach to walk there (even with children) any time we wanted.

Beautiful Villa in great location

Lovely, clean and spacious villa with huge garden and lovely pool! Our family very much enjoyed our stay here. The owner, Neus, was the perfect host. She was always contactable and was understanding when our flight was delayed and still greeted us late in the evening at the villa with food supplies for us. The location is great for exploring the beautiful coast line and only a short walk to local supermarket and beach. Lots of restaurants nearby too but we were out of season (early June), so found most were shut on weekdays. The Marina which is a 10 min drive had more choice for dining at this time of year. We particularly enjoyed a trip to Explora Park with our daughters (4 & 6) although great for all ages! Would recommend Beaches Cala de la Fosca, Cala Cap Roig and Cala Rovira. All have lovely beach cafes, and costal paths leading to beautiful coves to explore. These did get very busy at the weekend and some cafes have to be prebooked the day before. But overall a lovely time of year to visit, weather was warm but not too hot!

Danke, dass wir in diesem tollen Haus Urlaub machen durften. Der Pool ist riesig, das Haus hat alles was man braucht und der Garten war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Viele Ecken zum Entspannen oder immer mal wo anders essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Séjour parfait!

Neus a pris le temps de nous de nous montrer la maison en arrivant, a été disponible et aidante. La maison etait super propre, grande et très agréable. Idem pour la piscine et le jardin qui sont très bien entretenus. Tout est très proche de la maison: commerces, restaurants, et surtout la mer! Merci pour cette semaine reposante.

wauw! Wat een huis! Al onze verwachtingen overtroffen! Zeer ruime tuin, zeer mooi en schoon huis van alle gemakken voorzien! Geweldig zwembad! Geweldige ligging, op loopafstand van strand! Een geweldige week gehad met twee gezinnen! Komen volgend jaar zeker terug! Ook de verhuurder was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Zeer tevreden over alles! Aanrader!

Ons verblijf in San Antonio de Calogne

We had very nice stay at this location ! The house was spotless clean. We were welcomed by the property owner, who was very friendly and also very helpful to provide us with useful information. She was at our back and call . She recommended a firm to rent a car, which service was really easy. The car was delivered at the house within the half an hour ! The location of the house was near to a supermarket, and a short walk to the beach. The pictures of the house are also matching the reality, what you see is what you get . We can recommend it.

Sehr erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir haben mit La Sinia ein wunderbares Ferienhaus vorgefunden, ausgestattet mit wirklich Allem, was man zu einem erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sehr wichtig für uns war die Größe des Anwesens, damit unser Nachwuchs genug Platz zum spielen und toben hatte und wir daneben aber auch Ruhephasen genießen konnten. Da das Gelände vollständig umzäunt ist, konnten wir auch ein Mal im Pool bleiben ohne das etwas passieren konnte. Angenehm war auch die Küchenaustattung. Dort fanden wir nahezu alles vor, wie zu hause. Auch haben wir die verschiedenen Badezimmer genossen, so kam es Morgens nicht zum Stau im Bad und wir konnten alle entspannt in den Tag starten, gerne mit einem Frühstück draußen auf der Terasse! Genossen haben wir auch das vorhandene SAT TV, so dass wir Abends auch alle Deutschland Spiele sehen konnten und zwischendurch auch ein Mal eine DVD genießen konnten. Durch das WLAN konnten wir auch jederzeit mit der Heimat in Kontakt treten. Super war die vorhandene Waschmaschine, gerade mit Kleinkind.Wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurde sofort reagiert, also alles so, wie man es sich wünscht! Wir kommen sehr gerne ein Mal wieder! Vermisst haben wir nur einen Staubsauger, um schnell ein Mal selbst etwas wegsaugen zu können. Darüber hinaus hätten wir uns ein besseres Timing mit dem Gärtner gewünscht. Alles in Allem aber ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub!!!
