Discover this luxury villa with a large garden, located in the Gard. Thanks to its great location, you have both the countryside and the village centre (200m walk) within easy reach. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Don't visit the medieval town of Uzès, 7 km away, or discover the famous Pont du Gard, 9 km from the accommodation. The beaches of Grau-du-Roi are ideal for a day of sunbathing, but nature lovers and thrill seekers will also enjoy this region. You can enjoy hiking, cycling and canoeing, as well as hot-air ballooning, canyoning and paragliding. Fun cities such as Avignon, Orange and Nîmes are less than 30 km from the accommodation. A visit to the waterfalls of Sautadet (19 km) and the beautiful Gorges de l'Ardèche (36 km) is also not to be missed.

The accommodation is comfortable and modern. It is very bright and features a spacious living room opening onto the terrace. To top it all off, the house also has a beautiful private swimming pool!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à visiter les environs et à profiter de la maison et de la piscine. La piscine était un peu froide mais c’était dû au mistral. Bernard nous a bien accueilli et il nous a expliqué les détails de la maison.

Prettig en ruim huis. Alles is aanwezig. Mooie plek. Het zitmeubilair zeker buiten vond ik niet comfortabel. Tijdens ons bezoek in mei bleek het zwembad niet schoongemaakt en dus niet bruikbaar dit was een tegenvaller voor de kinderen.

Het is een prachtig ingericht en ruim huis voor 8 personen. Groot zwembad wat heerlijk verkoelend is en zowel geschikt is voor kleine kinderen als volwassenen, daar je aan één zijde in het water kan zitten en het aan de andere kant 2 meter diep is. De inrichting binnen is heel smaakvol en alles is aanwezig, incl een wasmachine. Ongeveer 10 minuten met de auto naar het centrum van Uzes. De reden dat wij uiteindelijk niet ten volle hebben kunnen genieten, is omdat er geen airco aanwezig is in het huis. Wanneer het 35 graden is in de zomer, is het eigenlijk niet te doen. Slapen vonden we een crime in deze hitte. Buiten in de tuin staan ligbedden bij het zwembad die goed liggen, maar verder ontbreekt het aan fijn tuinmeubilair. Er staat een grote eettafel met gietijzeren stoelen, die niet comfortabel zitten. Bij het zwembad staat een parasol en bij de eettafel, maar deze zijn zo klein dat je er onmogelijk met het hele gezelschap onder kan zitten. Wanneer je ontspannen buiten willen zitten in de schaduw, is daar dus eigenlijk geen mogelijkheid voor. Samen met het gegeven dat het binnen ook niet koel te krijgen is, was het voor ons geen fijne ervaring. Jammer, want het is een prachtig huis en met een goede airco en relaxed tuinmeubilair zou het zeker een andere waardering hebben gekregen.

Great house and location near to Uzes. Everything is available for housing two families. Only negative point is the unavailability of an airco. During a week of continuously 38°, we missed it at night )
