Elle se situe à Saint Siffret dans un écrin de verdure en lisière de garrigue. A quelques encablures du magnifique duché d’Uzés et de ses marchés typique . Le pont du Gard sera accessible en VTT pour les plus sportifs. Les Gorges du Gardons pour la baignade ou le canoë. Les Cévennes et La Camargue sont à 1 heure de route de l’Uzége. Les arènes de Nîmes sont à 30 minutes .... Le palais des Papes en Avignon....la région est riche de paysages variés.....
La villa dispose d’un accès direct sur les sentiers de randonnées et de VTT. Les pièces sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. La cuisine entièrement équipée est ouverte sur l’extérieur avec une vue sur la piscine et la garrigue. Les chambres sont toutes équipées de lits en 180 cm avec de grands placards. Les salles de bains se composent de douches, baignoires et doubles vasques. Un planché rafraîchissant permettra à la Villa d’être agréable tout au long de vos vacances. La magnifique piscine restera le lieu principal de vos journée de détente. Le jardin est paysagé. Vos siestes seront bercées par le clapotis des fontaines. Le quartier est très calme. Wunderschönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben 10 herrliche Tage in diesem schönen Haus mit traumhaftem Garten und tollem Pool (nicht beheizt, aber dank guten Wetters selbst im Oktober täglich nutzbar (wenn man es nicht zu warm braucht). Absolute Ruhe, Tischtennisplatte, Boulebahn, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe - insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! Wichtig zu wissen: man benötigt ein Auto; alleine zum Bäcker und kleinen Lebensmittelladen sind es fast 2 km, zum Supermarkt deutlich weiter. Einziger Nachteil: in der Nebensaison kosten Handtücher 30€ und die Endreinigung schlägt mit 60€ zu Buche, was auf der Homepage nicht zu erkennen ist. Gerne wieder!

Magnifique maison

Magnifique maison au calme, superbe piscine dans un jardin fleuri. La maison est très bien agencée avec un généreux espace commun en son centre, une suite parentale d'un côté et deux chambres de l'autre. Le tout s'organise autour des terrasses et de la piscine, pièce maîtresse du jardin. Située dans un quartier résidentiel avec un portail et une allée côté rue, et un portail côté garrigue où partent des chemins pédestres à parcourir en VTT. Nous avons passés deux semaines de repos et de balades dans les nombreux spots à moins d'une heure et surtout Uzès, magnifique bourg médiéval à 15 minutes.

Modernes Haus in der Nähe von Uzès

Neu errichtetes, modernes und offen gestaltetes Haus. Die Schlafräume befinden sich in zwei Flügeln: das Master-Bedroom geht vom Wohnzimmer ab mit Bad en suite; die beiden weiteren Schlafzimmer liegen an der anderen Seite des Hauses und verfügen über ein Bad mit Duschkabine und Badewanne sowie Doppelwaschbecken. Schöner Pool mit gepflegtem Garten.

Sehr schön, aber ziemlich abgelegen

Sehr schönes Haus, ganz neu aus 2021, sehr großzügig und schön angelegt, Dekoration Geschmacksache. Ausstattung ist umfangreich, aber sehr zusammengewürfelt und weist teilweise erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren auf Haus liegt direkt an einem größeren Waldstück, was sehr schön zum Laufen, Wandern, Fahrradfahren ist. Man braucht aber immer das Auto, da selbst der nächste Bäcker 5km entfernt im nächsten Ort ist
