About this property

Flat on the second floor of a three-storey semi-detached villa with a total of three flats. The owner lives in one of the flats.
The entrances are independent and the outdoor spaces are hidden from view of the others.
It is rather secluded, on a slope overlooking Lake Iseo and the village of Pisogne, both 2 km away. From the garden, where there is a communal 50-square-metre swimming pool, there is a splendid view of the village, the lake and the surrounding mountains. In the garden there is also a gazebo with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining.
Due to the location on a slope, the flat is reached by ascending one floor via an external stone staircase. Parking in the grounds of the property. The place is reached by driving 400 metres up a straight, steep but asphalted road.
The flat consists of a living/dining room with kitchenette, from which there is access to a large furnished balcony with a beautiful view of the lake; 1 bedroom with a double bed; 1 small bedroom with a bunk bed and a folding bed. Bathroom with shower.

Equipped with heating and air conditioning, balcony, shared garden, parking space and barbecue.

Only 1.5 km away you will find a restaurant and a supermarket.

Animals are always welcome! Please inform us of their possible presence before arrival.

Wir verbrachten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort. Die Lage des Hauses auf dem Berg garantiert eine super Aussicht auf den See. Erholung pur. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Tochter des Eigentümers wohnt mit im Haus. Sie ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar, wenn was sein sollte. Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass die Eltern von ihr auch manchmal dort sind und sich an den Pool legen. Außerdem gibt es eine zweite Ferienwohnung im Haus. Jede Wohnung hat aber ihren Liegebereich am Pool. Für uns war das kein Problem, weil die anderen Gäste morgens bis zum Nachmittag unterwegs waren und wir den Pool dann für uns hatten. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr steil. Wir sind daher immer mit dem Auto runter in die Stadt. Parkplätze findet man dort genug. Die Orte am See sind alle schön. Man kann sich viel angucken. Es ist auch nicht überteuert. Das Wetter war herrlich. Tagsüber immer warm, nachts regnete es dann ab und zu. Wir waren sehr traurig, als die 2 Wochen vorbei waren. Die Buchung und alles andere lief perfekt ab. Ich hatte vorher schon ein wenig Angst bekommen, weil Belvilla so schlechte Kritiken bekommen hatte. Kann ich allerdings jetzt nicht nachvollziehen.

Außergewöhnlich schöne Lage

Wir wurden herzlich von unseren Italienischen Gastgebern empfangen,und fühlten uns in der schönen ,sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl.Auch der Garten mit dem tollen Pool und Blick auf den Iseosee sind wunderschön. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub.Wir kommen gerne wieder

Geweldig vakantiehuis, met heerlijk zwembad en spectaculair uitzicht op Pisogne en Lago d'Iseo. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Huisje is te bereiken via steile, smalle maar geasfalteerde weg. Binnen 15 minuten wandelen in het centrum van Pisogne met heerlijk Italiaans eten. Je benen zijn goed getraind na het lopen van deze steile weg, maar is het meer dan waard. Absoluut aangeraden!

Het is dat we goed hadden bekeken hoe we moesten rijden anders zou je het weggetje naar het huis moeilijk kunnen vinden. Mooi uitziend huis op een berg met een ontzettend mooi uitzicht. Eigenaresse spreekt redelijk goed Engels, in appartement stond als welkom een fles drank koud. Goed verzorgd appartement maar er kan nog meer uit gehaald worden door de BBQ-plaats gezelliger te maken. Jammer wel dat als het beneden appartement verhuurd is je geen gebruik kunt maken van het gras bij het zwembad. Ook jammer dat er maar 1 parasol is.
