In an attractive area of Marielyst, close to the square, the center, the water, shopping and sights, is this cottage with whirlpool and sauna. The cottage is furnished with air / air heat pump and wood stove. There is a modern, open and bright kitchen with i.a. ceramic hobs, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. Two bathrooms with underfloor heating and one with whirlpool for 2 people and good, large sauna. Washer and dryer available. Beautiful living room with lots of space and free, wireless internet and TV with German and Danish channels. Cot and high chair for the little ones. Two rooms with single beds and one room with double bed and annex with double bed. Large terrace with plenty of space to grill, sunbathe or sit under the covered area. There is also a morning terrace. Large plot with plenty of space for ball games and fun. Sandbox and slide for the little ones. Free admission to Swimming Center Falster and Nordfalster. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
