The house has four bright bedrooms and two large lofts, each with room for two people. Both of the two bright bathrooms have underfloor heating, and one of them has a spa bath where you can relax. There is also a practical utility room with tiled floor and space for shoes and coats, as well as an extra refrigerator/freezer. The house is built with the best energy-saving materials, and acoustic panels in the living room, as well as a heat pump, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, ensure a comfortable indoor climate. The youngest members of the family will love the garden, where they can spend many hours playing, as there is a swing set, sandbox, and plenty of space for games and play. There is also a large and impressive play tower that the kids can enjoy for hours. With an exceptionally lovely location at the end of a cul-de-sac and secluded woodland at the end of the garden, the house is the perfect setting for a wonderful private vacation, also suitable for two families or groups of friends.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
