Well-kept and well-appointed cottage with whirlpool for 2 people located approx. 900 meters from the really good bathing beach at Marielyst. The garden is fenced in 120 cm height. The cozy kitchen is well equipped with many appliances and kitchen equipment and there is a combined dining room and living room, where there is plenty of space to enjoy yourself by the wood stove with music from the stereo system. The house is energy saving as there is air / air heat pump. There is free, wireless internet and TV with many Danish and German channels. The four bedrooms are divided into 2 with double beds and 2 with each two single beds. The bathroom, which has a whirlpool and shower, has underfloor heating. There is also a guest toilet and a smaller utility room with underfloor heating. There is also a washer and dryer. On the large terrace you can grill and enjoy yourself. In the garden, which is fenced in 120 cm in height, there are swings for the little ones. The reason is approx. 1,200 m2, so there is a good opportunity to frolic. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
