The living room is bright and comfortable with a sofa bed and TV. The small kitchen in a dedicated area is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.

THE BEDROOM
Definitely the beating heart of this house! Very spacious and full of natural light. With beautiful original cement tiles on the floors. It has a beautiful four-poster bed directly under the incredible vaulted frescoed ceiling. Finished with a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with large shower.

THE TERRACE
Created for the exclusive use of the apartment, the private roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea! Accessible via the condominium staircase, it's the perfect place to relax, day or night. Soak up the sun's rays and then cool off in the outdoor shower, savor a dinner under the gazebo or an aperitif at sunset!
During the summer months, you could park your car at the port car park, a few hundred meters from the house. Access and parking in the historic center is limited in summer.
