It comes with four bedrooms, comprising of a super-king-size bed with TV, balcony and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a super-king-size bed with en-suite walk-in shower, separate bath, basin and WC, a super-king-size bed (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) with TV and en-suite walk-in shower, separate bath, basin and WC and a super-king-size bed (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request) with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, together sleeping eight people. Downstairs, there is a cloakroom with basin and WC, a kitchen/diner, a utility, a dining room, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a snug. Outside, there is off-road parking for three cars, with an electric car charging point and secure bike storage. To the rear, there is a Rear patio area with table and chairs and raised lawn area. Hilltop At Hawkshead Hill is a wonderful retreat all year round.
