With gorgeous rural views from extensive private grounds (the estate was formerly an olive farm), this charming and traditional Mallorcan country house exudes an irresistibly relaxing ambience. Seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms (five of which are en suite), a sauna, tennis court and a spa tub comprise a few of the enviable facilities plus the many excellent restaurants and varied amenities of vibrant Pollença are just a 10-15 minute drive. Internally high beamed ceilings, wide archways, exposed stonework and individual antique furnishings add authentic atmosphere while a wall-mounted display of antique farming implements reflects and pays due homage to an agricultural past.
Ideal location for laid-back summer living, the grounds house a variety of mature shrubs, olive trees and lawn, part-landscaped, part terraced… always interesting!
Walking paths, cycling trails, a golf course and choice of sandy beaches are all easily accessible as is the train station at Sa Pobla (5.2km) from where Palma is a gentle and scenic 50 minute ride away.
Please note: While some tennis rackets and balls are supplied by the property owners we recommend that keen players bring their own equipment. Air conditioning usage is on a timer (12 hours per day). Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay for all visitors aged 16 and over. €2.00 (€2.20 incl. IVA) (£2) per night for the first 9 nights, €1.00 (€1.10 incl. IVA) (£1) per night for each night thereafter per person. We will add this amount to your booking.

Both the house and garden are outstanding. There was so much space for everyone . It would have been very easy to stay there all the time . My wife felt that the kitchen equipment lacked one or two things but Wendy was impressively responsive and dealt with providing what was missing. I thought , given the positives about the property , that it was unfortunate that the AC was regulated . Whilst appreciating the potential abuse by clients I would have preferred to have paid a small premium in order in particular to adjust the temperature during a very hot week of weather . That said we all enjoyed our stay immensely and would recommend it .

Es Cadell Gran brinda grandes espacios y comodidad, discretamente ajena a los centros turísticos de la isla pero a su vez próxima a muchos puntos de interés del norte de Mallorca (Alcudia, Platja de Muro, entre otros). Sus estancias son rústicas pero confortables, cuenta con un ajuar completo y el porche y áreas ajardinadas son perfectas para familias, sin olvidar que cuenta con una piscina con solario coquetos pero más que interesantes. Nuestra estancia no ha tenido ningún contratiempo y los anfitriones, atentos y de trato agradabilísimo, nos ayudaron en todo. Altamente recomendable.
Wir waren schon oft mit einer größeren Gruppe auf Mallorca und haben schon viele Fincas gemietet, aber diese gehörte tatsächlich mit zu den Besten. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Grundstück mit dem großen Pool und der Außenküche samt Grill waren sehr großzügig. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: kurze Wege zum Meer, aber auch ins Gebirge. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsfirma klappte ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden diese Finca jederzeit wieder buchen.
