lawn under the shadow of an apricot tree. In the garden there is a
barbecue and outdoor furniture.

furnished with attention to details and many accessories. It`s on the
basement floor but it`s very bright. It consists of an open space with kitchen, dining area, sofas, two twin-sized beds, a closet, a double bedroom and fitness equipment. Moreover there is a full bathroom.

More is in Ruffano, in the heart of Salento, 50 kilometers away from
Lecce. It`s 10 kilometers away from the lovely beaches of Ugento marina.
Ruffano is characterized by a lovely old town centre, with Brancaccio
castle, built as noble house on the remains of a Medieval fortress. The
holiday home is also close to Gallipoli and 20 minutes` drive away from
the beaches of Punta Pizzo, Baia Verde and Rivabella.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The Suite is located inside a villa where the owner lives.
- The apartment is on the basement floor.

Vacanza serena a Ruffano !

L'accoglienza e le piccole attenzioni quotidiane ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia. Ogni giorno i cestini di verdura biologica, coltivata dal padre di Mauro, profumavano il risveglio nella bella dimora, silenziosa, funzionale e arredata con gusto e sobrietà. Tanti i consigli sulle spiagge e scogliere più belle a poche decine di chilometri da Ruffano. Per scoprire i migliori ristoranti, pizzerie, pasticcerie e gelaterie selezionati dal raffinato Mauro Melissano, la vacanza dovrebbe durare tutta l'estate !Grazie di cuore a Mauro e Ilenia !
