Nice location & unit

Very good location in Zagreb, and the owner does a great job of providing visitor information with recommendations of what to do. The unit was well furnished and comfortable. We had a nice stay until the last day when we had agreed with Branka, that we would check out at noon due to our flight time. We arrived back at 11:57am to take our packed bags out and head to the airport, when we were accused by her daughter of being late, further chastised, and then very rudely demanded that we leave immediately. We had already cleaned dishes, and packed our bags so merely took them out by 12 sharp, which I showed Silvia that it was in fact, 12:00 as agreed upon. Sad that the last impression of Croatia was an extremely negative one

Hosting Liesje has been quite a challenge. We have done our best to patiently answer all her numerous questions, to adjust to her constant changes of plans, refunded extra guest, agreed to 1 hour later check out and really tried to help her as much as we could. Unfortunately, Liesje become very upset when we could not meet some unrealistic demands and as a result we got this untruthful review. We are experienced hosts (just new on VRBO) and we allways treat our guests with patience and respect. Sadly, Liesje came unhappy and went unhappy and we feel sorry she and her family couldn't enjoy their hollidays..

Cozy, feel at home stay

Wonderful location in downtown Zagreb, plenty of stores and cafes nearby, very cozy and spacious. Enjoyed my stay here.

Spring visit to Zagreb

This property is in a fabulous location and surrounded by darling cafes, excellent restaurants, and so much more. The VRBO host was readily available and had strong communication skills. I would highly recommend this location to all.

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung

Am Flughafen wurden wir bereits vom organisierten Transfer freundlich in Empfang genommen. Silvia hat uns in der Wohnung sehr nett empfangen und uns über einige Restaurants , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten informiert. In der Wohnung selbst waren Kaffee , Tee , Speiseöl, ..... für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vorhanden, was wir als sehr entgegenkommend empfunden haben. Alles in allem ist es eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
