Two floor luxurious penthouse apartment

It is a duplex penthouse apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two private parking spaces.
It has a large living room that is connected with the kitchen dining area and working space into one big luxurious space ideal for gatherings and spending times with your friends or family.
Two bedrooms along with its bathrooms are on separate floors which will give you all the privacy you will need. The upper bedroom is with double bed and it has a bigger bathroom with a sink, shower toilet, and bidet. while the bedroom on the first floor has two single beds that can be joined together into a double bed. The bathroom next to this bedroom is with toilet, sink, and bath (with shower).
There are also two terraces. One terrace is next to the entrance hall with a staircase. The second bigger terrace is next to the living room, south orientated, where you can take morning coffee or even have lunch.

The whole apartment is 120m2 large. It is fully equipped with all appliances you will need during your stay. It has two air-condition units. One in the upper bedroom and another in the living room. Each bedroom has its TV as well as the living room. There are fast flat WIFI connection and cable TV with over 40 foreign and Croatian channels.

If you are arriving with two cars or if you will have friends come to visit, you will have two private parking spaces on closed private parking.

Pets are allowed to stay with an extra charge of 5€/day/pet.

Clean and modern apartment in downtown Zagreb

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is great, within an easy walk of many historic sites and museums, and lots of stores and restaurants, as well as several parks. The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable. We’ll definitely be checking to see if it is available for our next trip to the area.

A pleasant place to stay at the end of our holiday

A spacious comfortable apartment for two friends who could relax in comfort at the end of a wonderful holiday in Croatia. Location was not in the centre of the city but still within walking distance of interesting sights and there is the tram close by to get to the centre of Zagreb. Good local restaurants and market close by. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Prefect location for 24 hours in Zagreb!

Davor is a wonderful host and the property is beyond charming! Very convenient to restaurants and visiting old town. Thoughtful touches such as travel guides available in the apartment when when we arrived took the guesswork out of where to start when exploring Zagreb. Perfect Apartment in Zagreb!

This is a beautiful, well maintained apartment. The apartment is very open and large. There are two floors with separate bathrooms so it is great for families with kids or even two couples traveling. The layout is very nice and the apartment is in great condition.. It has air conditioning and all amenities you would want. I honestly cannot think of anything that it needs to improve on! It is in a great location that is residential and quiet with a lot of stores, restaurants and cafes. As such, it is very self contained but we walked to the city center daily, with little problem. Plus, uber is readily available and inexpensive! No doubt public transport is easy too. Davor and Goran were so helpful! Communication was great and they went out of their to make sure we had everything we needed. They really went above and beyond.If we are lucky enough to go back to Zagreb, I would not hesitate to stay there again! Absolutely loved it and encourage anyone to stay there if they can!

We hadn’t stayed in this part of Zagreb before but we needed space for five so chose this lovely penthouse apartment on two floors. Loved it and the youthful vibe of this area by the university. Great coffee shops, restaurants and easy walk or tram to center.

As Beautiful As Advertised !

This modern, well maintained and very comfortable apartment was an excellent place to stay and from which to explore lovely Zagreb. Immediately upon our arrival, it was a pleasure meeting our gracious host Goran. We very much appreciate his always accessible assistance and advice during our stay. Two fine restaurants, and two useful convenience stores are only steps away. Access to Zagreb's excellent tram system and the heart of the city is but a 10 minute walk. All in all, this is a perfect example of the spacious, well located and economical accommodation to be found through HomeAway. quiet retreat

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment as it was well furnished and the owner was very responsive to our needs. Procedures provided in English were especially helpful for operating the appliances as most were very different from what we were used to in the states. Appliances were of good quality, just unfamiliar to us. Having original art work and live plants in the apartment made our stay much more like being in a home rather than a rental.
