Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) Permit - Allows:

- Parking in the blue paid parking spaces at a reduced rate throughout the municipality of Monte Argentario

- Access to the limited traffic zone (EXCLUSIVELY TO ACCESS THE TOWN - NOT THE SEASIDE)

Permit fee: €50 for the entire stay.
(€30 for short stays - 2 nights)

GARAGE ON REQUEST - based on availability: €150 PER WEEK

- Extra cleaning and linen change: upon request at the time of booking or to the on-site staff and subject to availability and quotation.

€2.00 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights (excluding children under 14)

Arrival: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Departure: by 10:00 AM

Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, but we always offer our guests a bonus hour until 8:00 PM.

From 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM, the cost for a late check-in is €50.
From 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, the cost for a late check-in is €80.
From 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the cost for a late check-in is €100.
