Trullo Dell'Arco features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a large bathroom. Upon request, an extra bed can be added in the living room for a fifth guest.

Access to the property, which has remained unchanged over time, is via a charming stone pathway that connects the house to the main road through an arch with a small votive shrine.

The property offers ample private parking, plenty of green space, and, most importantly, a small but well-equipped SPA: a large hot tub, Turkish bath, sensory shower, and massage room. All SPA facilities are exclusively available to guests by reservation, at advantageous rates, or included in all-inclusive stay packages.

Wonderful stay in a magical setting although on our last day it was cold and rainy and it was difficult to get warm inside the Trulli, it felt cold and damp

Fantastic stay

The property is lovely. A short walk from the centre. Maria could not have been any more helpful. The pool is shared between the three properties and is indoor but it did not matter to us. Would recommend and would come again

Family vacation

If you want to live the experience of a Trulli, this is your chance. The interior of the habitation was a per the photo. If you have a car, it is great with the easy private parking on the premise. It is an easy 15 minutes walk to downtown Locorontodo. The host Maria answered our questions quickly and was really charming during the check-in and checkout. On the minus side, our main priority was to have a private pool for our family with the hot weather in July. The description of the habitation said "A private pool and and indoor pool". It should be noted that those are the same pool, and it is an inside pool, not private. The pool is indoor without the sun (you cannot have your long chair besides the pool for a tan) and you have a pre-determined schedule of 4 hours per day to go to the pool for your family (pool close at 8pm). The host tried to give us more pool hours when other guests where out, thanks to that, but it remains that the description is not correct. If you're out visiting during your pool hours, you don't have a pool that day. Lastly, the air conditionning was very not sufficient during our stay, but it was 38 degrees outside, so I don't know in cooler conditions if it is ok.

Logement tres propre fonctionnel bien équipé. Belle terrasse beau jardin. Par contre pas de piscine comme mentionné dans annonce mais un grand jacuzzi. On ne peut pas y nager. Autre point presence de chats pas tres agréable car ils miaulent beaucoup pour réclamer à manger

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis. Nous espérons que, malgré certains aspects, vous avez globalement passé un bon séjour chez nous. Nous tenons toutefois à préciser que, malheureusement, la présence des chats ne dépend pas de nous. Étant situés en pleine campagne, il arrive en effet que les chats des environs entrent librement sur la propriété, ce qui est difficile à contrôler malgré nos efforts. Concernant la piscine, il s'agit d'un petit bassin intégré à notre espace spa, conçu avant tout pour la détente et le bien-être. Elle n’est donc pas prévue pour nager, mais pour se relaxer dans un cadre paisible. Très bien, petit bémol pour la clarté dans l’annonce qui prévoit une piscine ( qui ne se trouve pas dans cette propriété mais à une autre adresse avec tout de même un accès possible…)
