Great, well appointed, stylish flat very close to Victoria Park

A very well equipped, comfortable, stylish flat; Harry was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to our (slightly foolish) enquiries/requests for help. Surprisingly quiet for central London; Victoria Park was 2 mins walk away - great for taking the dog! Good area - lovely pubs/coffee shops in Victoria Park Village Green; overground to Hackney Wick very close.

Meeting the new grand daughter

We came to London to be with our daughter for the birth of her first child… the flat was an easy 14 minute walk through a lovely park and we came to enjoy our daily stroll to and from…. The flat was perfect for us, a good size, nicely furnished and very clean with clear instructions for everything. Property owner was friendly and communicated promptly - we would definitely stay again.

Victoria Park flat

The owner was easy to communicate with and left converters out for us which we appreciated. Strong fragrances decreased our satisfaction as I have a fragrance allergy

Hi Julie, thanks for your review and your custom. The fragrance was just a room diffuser. You/we could have happily tidied it away if we knew you had a fragrance allergy - it was the bottle on the countertop with the fragrance sticks sticking out of the top. Hope that clears that one up and thanks again for staying with us!

Enjoyed our trip to London

Nice location to bus lines. Harry was great to communicate with. Listing stated on first floor, actually on second floor . Only critique would be to have a coffee maker. I do not drink instant coffee.

Just an FYI - in the UK the bottom floor is the ground floor (ie at ground level) and the first floor is the first level above that The second floor (as you reference) is actually the flat above ours. Wonderful flat

Harry’s flat was exactly what we expected from his listing. It was very spacious with lots of charm and personality. We felt right at home in the neighborhood as everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The flat was close to bus routes that would take you into London very easily and was also close to some really great pubs and places to eat. Harry was a great host who responded to emails quickly and provided us with some great suggestions of things to see and do. Would highly recommend his flat as it is something a bit off the beaten track but well worth it.
