Positioned on a hill overlooking the sea, within a complex of four units, we find S\'Omu e Assunta, consist of independent three-room flats.
The swimming pool, located in the grounds opposite, has a large solarium with a panoramic view and is exclusive to the guests of the two flats.
The first floor is divided as follows: living room with kitchenette and panoramic terrace, equipped for outdoor dining, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom .
N.B.
A maximum of 2 small dogs will be allowed per booking 50€.
The swimming pool will be open from 01/06 to 15/10
Additional costs payable only in cash at check in:
-Air conditioning fee € 50,00 per week (available on request)
-Final cleaning charge: 70,00 € (obligatory)
-Bed linen -bath towels supply charge: 15,00 € per person (only if requested)
