Finca Ainhoa with a private pool is an attractive stone-built country house that offers a convenient location 5 minutes drive/30 minutes walk to the old town of Pollenca and less than 10 minutes drive to the beach resort of Port de Pollenca. The house is traditionally furnished and decorated with beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and sleeps 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. Access is via the front terrace, to a spacious lounge and dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, one twin bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor are 3 further bedrooms, two doubles and one twin that share a full bathroom. The first-floor terrace offers beautiful mountain views and a great place for quiet moments or enjoying a glass of local wine as the sun goes down. The villa is set amongst mature gardens containing a variety of trees, plants and shrubs, a lawn area surrounds an inviting private pool and sun loungers are provided for lazy days in the sun. The covered terraces are furnished with different seating, dining options and there is a fabulous outdoor kitchen area with a bathroom and a built-in barbecue, perfect for meals al fresco. Finca Ainhoa provides a peaceful and private holiday retreat for families/friends whilst still being close to amenities, restaurants and sandy beaches.
