This beautiful home was designed by famous northwest architect, Geoffrey Prentiss. It sits nestled on a hillside overlooking a forested valley right in the middle of beautiful San Juan Island. Ideally located just 10 minutes from the town of Friday Harbor and also only 10 minutes from Roche Harbor Resort, and only a short 10 minute walk from picturesque Egg Lake. A true nature lovers retreat!

Great for 2

Peaceful, fun, beautiful. Loved the heated stone floor in the bathroom. The sleeping situation in the living room was below par...an air mattress without blankets that fit. Had to call host to locate it. The in house instructions didnt include some needed information. But the host was responsive and kind. The kitchen and main bedroom were great. The deck peaceful.

Rustic Retreat

This rustic modern retreat has a minimalist feel and is in a secluded wooded area between Friday and Roche Harbor which made it easy to get around and explore the island via car.

Nice, secluded stay

A modern style cabin in a secluded spot. Very quiet, spacious, and centrally located. You will need a car, but everything is about 15 minutes away.

Quiet relaxing getaway in ideal location

I really enjoyed this property for its quiet and beauty. It is in a good location in that town is a short drive away but when you are in the apartment it feels like you are in the middle of a forest. Property owner was super easy to communicate with. I loved the modern island esthetic, comfortable bed, heated bathroom floor tiles plus big selection of books and games. A great back balcony for morning coffee. Its the type of place that lowers your blood pressure. Some on and off wifi issues that Adrian worked hard on and got fixed efficiently. This is an island rental so I was not too concerned. Perfect getaway to explore San Juan and surrounding islands for 1 to 2 people. Thank you Adrian!
