San Juan Suites Conservatory - Pet Friendly! One dog only. Located in the heart of Friday Harbor. Elegantly decorated with recent interior updates, this upstairs suite offers it all: comfort with town accessibility and with the added amenity of off-street parking.

This Studio Suite is equipped with a new King bed and a Double airbed mattress. The full bathroom is equipped with lots of counter space, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi soaking tub.

The open floor plan boasts a full kitchen equipped with appliances to prepare morning coffee and toast or a full meal. This suite is equipped with a standard, drip-style coffee maker. There is enough space for everyone around the dining room table to gather, with the living space offering a couch and two captains chairs, entertainment center with Blue Ray-DVD and HDTV with satellite television and a private outdoor balcony with a propane BBQ.

The block surrounding the San Juan Suites offers many delicious restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, ice-cream shops and art galleries, all within walking distance. On Saturday mornings the local San Juan Island Farmer's Market is a 1-minute walk from the San Juan Suites!

Conveniently located just a short walk from the ferry for those wishing to leave their car behind on the mainland. However, parking is available for those who bring a car. One car per unit.

Guests traveling with a dog will enjoy close access to the local dog park "Eddie and Friends Dog Park", or many other local parks including Sunken Park, Jackson Beach, and LaFarge Open Space.

1 dog per reservation with a pet fee. Dog is not to be left unattended. If a dog is left unattended and a neighbor calls to complain, renter will be charged a $200 fee. Weight must be less than 60 lbs. No pets on furniture, including bed/bedding. Renter assumes responsibility for all extra cleaning needed such as emergency carpet cleaning, furniture replacement, and or emergency laundromat use for bulky items like comforters and pillows. Dog must be house trained and on-leash while outside.

This unit is equipped with Central Air.
