Simple accommodations for 1 or 2 guests, perfect for folks who just need a bed and a bathroom. Bunk bed, full bathroom w/ pedestal sink, clawfoot tub and shower, dorm fridge and microwave, dinnerware and utensils, window a/c unit, gas space heater.
This space is on the 2nd floor of my dwelling. Perfect setup for folks in town for a concert or show, sporting event, wedding, reunion, short term work assignment, etc. This unit is in an urban setting. If you're not comfortable in an urban setting, this listing might not be for you. 2 NIGHT MINIMUM.

Simple but functional

I was looking for reasonably priced accommodations for a work trip and this place fit the bill well. Shawn was a great host. The room is simple but had everything I needed. Thanks!

Nice and affordable

Perfect place for travelers who are out and about. Small place, but had everything needed for sleeping and keeping clean, the place felt safe and secure. Had no issues staying here.
