This studio-like unit is a private space, ideal for long stays. The entire unit is available for you.

Please note: This is an older building, reaching about 100 years old in a historic area of St. Louis! There is a lot of vintage charm, like original granite steps, meticulous floor tiles, porcelain bathtubs, stucco walls, arched doorways, etc.

Our cleaning crew does a very effective job, but as an older building, it can be difficult to address all the changes that have been accumulated over the past century. They will do their best to ensure it's as spotless as possible!

• Please note passes may be provided to the Botanical Gardens or the Science Center upon request, and depending on availability.
• There is a $10 fee for the replacement of a lost pass.
• When using these passes to access the parks, please be sure to inform them that you are a friend of Jay Rios.

Requirements
• Verification of ID is required to prevent credit card fraud.
• Please note that a $200 refundable security deposit is required. This deposit is refunded within a week of check-out. Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to reflect in your account once processed.

We have onsite managers who live on the property and are available to assist you at any time to ensure a smooth, quiet, and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Please arrive with your ID matching the reservation. Only those guests listed on the reservation will be allowed through security. Guests will not be accommodated if the reservation is made for someone other than the person booking. All others will be immediately escorted off the front of the property. No groups of more than 3 adult guests allowed due to St. Louis City occupancy restrictions (depending on age of children).
Contact us when you arrive no matter what time so we can let you through the entry gate.
Again, we are here to assist you when you need it!
Enjoy your stay until 11AM. Late check-outs or extensions must be requested at least 1 hour in advance and are subject to availability and an additional fee.
Strictly no smoking, gatherings, parties, or pets allowed. There are smoke and noise monitoring devices in each unit.
24/7 surveillance cameras are actively monitored, including Ring cameras in hallways and entrances. Tampering with these devices will result in immediate removal from the property.
Please respect other residents. Any policy violations may result in immediate removal.
